Slept until 10am. Great sleep. By 3pm the low carb sweats hit. I was very warm. Feeling back to normal by the end of the day.
Saturday's headache still linger until about 2pm yesterday, then disappeared. Sinuses are dripping heavily this morning, but no sinus headache.
Weight is up 2 pounds since before the carb re-feed.
10:30 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
12:30 - Beef jerky.
1:30 - Beef jerky.
2:30 - Wasabi almonds.
5:30 pm - Beef covered with blue cheese
Snack - Almonds.
