5kg stated this today, and it's a great reminder on how to handle forum opinions. A poster assumed that a differing opinion automatically was accompanied with anger, frustration, or that the poster was upset:

A differing opinion does not mean someone is upset. Remember this folks. Don't assume that because someone disagrees with you about training, diet or politics, that they are attacking you or don't like you.
We change opinions each day. Healthy information exchange allows us to analyze our own opinions, and refine our conclusions.
Don't fear debate, and please DON'T LEAVE when a differing opinion is presented. This happens far too often.
