A few days away from prep being done i have layed out a backload meal plan
Wake up
coffee
meal 1
bacon or sausage with eggs
meal 2
beef patties with cheese and green veggies
training
meal 3
2 cups milk
2 scoops whey
PB
2 bananas
cinnamon
all blended as a shake
Meal 4
my dirty meal
pizza, pasta, ice cream, chocolate all the good stuff
Meal 5
Chicken and rice
or
an omelete w cheese spinach tomatoes peppers and oats with applesauce ,splenda brown sugar and cinnamon
i am looking to gain, we will see how this goes.
still doing some research on off day protocol
