Interesting concept, but I'm not sure it's gospel. I think the rotation notion is geared towards an on season/off season type of training. Interesting none the less. Thanks for sharing that nugget.

I've been running 531 as my mainstay protocol for over two years. I've tried various assistance templates. I've even mixed and matched (BBB for bench press, doggcrapp sets for the other lifts). It all works good IF you do your due diligence on the main lifts. I'm aware of the "I ain't doing jack" approach, but I keep that in my hip pocket for the occasional day where I'm pressed for time.
