Nice motivational work guys! I'll be looking to cut 10 lbs (that's about 5 kilos for you metric types) in january. Keep it up and stay strong. My approach has always been ~300g protein, 100g carbs and the rest fats with lots of fish oil. Occasional refeed meal. Works well for me.
