Squats

325x4(wraps and belt) - PR by default as this is territory I haven't lifted really. Got a single at 345 a couple months ago, I think. All solid reps but the 4th was absolutely brutal, nothing left in the tank.

Back off squat(no wraps and no belt) - 20 rep goal
245x8,7,5 (20)- all nice and deep, move up 10 pounds next week

I'm happy with the heavy set, no hitches, form felt good, no butt winking. Can't wait to get my singles up closer to 4 mark. What a beating the squat puts on you. Eating better, lots of protein so recovery should be good. Really sore from yesterdays push press work. Sorest I've been in the shoulders in a LONG time.
