8/21/2012 Finally back at it
So about 6 weeks ago, I tweaked my low back a touch. Its finally feeling better so I started lifting today.
Warm-up: Bicycle
went 3.38 miles in 20:27
Pretty decent time for me.
Squats:
95X5
135X5
195X3
245X3
295X2
315X1
5 singles at 255, 60 seconds between sets
Walking lunges:
5lbs each hand 2 sets of 20 steps total
Crunches:
3X20 w/1 second pause at the top of each rep
Notes: 315 was kinda the number I had in my head for a single and it was pretty damn easy. I probably have 365 or so in me, but there isnt a reason to push it too much coming off a tweaked up back. My singles felt really easy as well, might have to adjust the decrease to 15%. Tomorrow is my OH day.
