That's very disturbing. I am not looking forward to 2200-2500 calories per day! Can't imagine doing what they are suggesting. Incidentally, you could lose 10 pounds in the first month of any half decent diet if you are overweight.

If you are 5ft 5 in and 114 pounds, you don't need to lose weight!
