Squats felt heavy, during the higher rep sets, 1st set was harder than it should have been. Started the second set, it also felt heavy.....I racked the weight, turned off the music, told myself to get my head out of my a$$ and squat. Next 2 sets were killer....I certainly left some in the tank.....
