My calves grew like crazy when i trained them several times a week, especially using constant tension protocol. Back wise, I believe people undertrain their back or don't know how to properly stimulate the back muscles because we can't see them. I know personally i've been training my back 2-3 times a week because that it one of my weakness and where I have a lot of asymmetrical strength. Mainly do towards tightness in the anterior torso. Not going to lie, i like to bench press. hahah
