I decided I wanted a 400+ deadlift today so I went away from protocol. Will attempt 145kg squat on Thursday which will be a 5kg PR if successful.

PR Finally surpassed 400! Made a mess of the lift as my head was down when I initiated the pull for some reason. Stayed strong and didn't hitch

Squat PR attempt on Thursday. When I am in the States, I have no idea if the equipment will include a power rack as the only gyms near where I am staying seem to be those awful chain type establishments.
