Barbell Row - 60kg x10 (2 sets) 70kg x8 (2 sets)
Tbar Rows - 70kg x8 (4 sets)
Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x8 (4 sets)
Cable Rows - Full stack +40kg x12 (4 sets)
Ez Bar Curls 4 sets @ 30kg
