Middle-finger Deadlift (Right-hand) 33kg/72.6 lbs
*2-finger, two-handed, barbell Deadlift 50kg/110 lbs
*Had to use 2 fingers because my hands are too small to use 1 alone without the barbell slipping but now I have some loops I can use so I may be able to try for a middle-finger, two-handed, barbell deadlift as well.
