I'm finding my back workouts may not be reaching their full potential because I am exhausted after deadlifts first. I was thinking about switching deadlifts to leg day as seen above. I know alarm bells sound immediately at the idea of that due to all the lower back work in the same session but I'd like to get your thoughts on it?
