Allright so this is my thought process behind my evolved routine.
It is an A/B split, basically wholebody workout.
I have 4 main power movements:
Full Squats
Bent leg Deads
Flat Bench
Standing Presses
I have several other assistance lifts
BB bent rows
BHN press
BB Curl
Close Grip Bench
Chins/Dips
Calf Raises
Both the A, and B will comprise 2 heavy movements, and 3 assistance moves.
The heavy moves will be a 5x5 style with a med/hvy finish flush set.
The assistance will vary between 3x10, and 3x8
This routine combines several differnet elements that I've been looking at. I ran thru the A program today, and had a very good session. As always progression is king.
