Just can't find a good groove on deadlifts or squats lately. Very minor tweaks preventing me from giving 100%. Today I went too aggressive on my 495 deadlift warmup, most likely using crappy form and too much bravado, and annoyed my left lat. Nothing major, but enough where I decided to not perform and backoff sets.
Pulls were ok; easy enough. Just not up to par.
