Thanks guys.
@Ravi: I'm playing it slow and steady with continued progress in a bid to increase confidence. I'm just getting attuned to my current lifts so being overly aggressive is not a good idea for me. I have made such mistakes in the past. I'm aiming to hit 120x5 again on Tuesday and then raise to 122.5 if successful. 140x5 is an end of year goal. That would represent 8 increases and there are 22-23 weeks left. It's a marathon not a sprint but thanks for your support
Sunday 22 July
A 'sensible' session turned into a nice rewarding one.
Squats
60x5, 80x3, 100x2
110x1, 117.5x1
125 (275) x 1 - Easy money (for a change) if I'm being honest. Aiming to be a touch more upright to avoid falling forward. Good bar control today.
Walkouts
165kg - 3sets of 15 second holds - May stay here for a bit. This was not easy to walkout but holding it was fine. Some guy asked me before my second attempt if I needed a spot

I explained what I was doing and he said it was a good idea.
Paused Squats
85x5
85 (187) x5 - These are no joke!
Power Clean/Push Press
45x5, 60x3, 65x2
72.5x1, 77.5x1, 82.5 (182) x 1 - Just about pushed past lockout.
65x5 - Just one clean and 5 straight push press reps
Paused bench
80 (176) x 3 - 5 sets
Chins
6, 5, 4
The Bear

3 sets of 6 reps @ 30kg
Are you meant to go one rep of each or six reps of each one individually before moving on to the next? I did the latter for the final set only. It is no easier!
Crunches holding 15kg weight overhead
3 x 10
Food and perhaps a walk to a local museum in a short while
