Good point.

I'll add: I have always eaten whole milk, whole eggs, whole butter and loads of bacon, etc... my cholesterol numbers are excellent.

Serum cholesterol is not indicative of health, just potential health issues if you are under-active or have a propensity for plaque build-up.

You can be skinny with bad cholesterol, fat with good cholesterol, eat junk and have good cholesterol or eat well and have bad cholesterol...

There are three main variables re cholesterol: genetic tendencies, diet and exercise.
