yup that massive deload was also in part to the fact that i went on a snowboarding trip to vermont for a week and holiday stuff but yeah i'm just gonna try this routine and keep adding weight, i feel like if I really enjoy what I'm doing, i'll have an easier time sticking to it and i'll be more motivated to try harder. plus i'd like a break from squatting 3x a week i'd like to just do it 1x a week and add 10 lbs per workout, we'll see
