Rob - You're getting caught up in the minutiae of the system here. Whether you work a low board for speed work or to chest isn't going to make too much difference in the long run. The goal of dynamic day is to work on form and explosive speed and power. Make changes, try stuff out and monitor the results. For me that's what Westside is about: experimenting to find the best exercises for you within their framework.
