Stability Ball DB presses.......50'sx15 for 2 sets
Stability Ball DB flyes..............15'sx15 for 2 sets
Hammerstrength Incline.......2plates 15 for 2 sets
DB rows..............60'sx15 2 sets
Inverted BB rows.......body weight
Supinated Grip Lat pulls........100x15 for 2 sets
then................
Bench
135x5
185x5
225x5
275x2
280x1
280x1
225x8
225x7
I hate havin to work out for school......it kills my real workout
