Think of what I'm doing at thispoint in this program as I have described the adaption phase for fullbody work. I need to give my body a chance to get used to performing full cleans on a consisant basis.
The additionall weight, and my 6' standard bar are both here in Atlanta with me now. This gives me over 200lbs of weight to utilize. I still won't go much heavier anytime soon. I need to give my back the time to adjust to this program.
If I were using squat stands my weights would be heavier already for the squats.
Wednesdays are the one day a week were I might change the program a little.
Performing only full cleans, or some high pulls, along with some iso arm work.
I'm in no rush to do this though, as I feel fully worked with what I'm doing.
