Workout Time: 60 minutes?
Workout Grade: A-
Killed it tonight. Everything was light as heck. Went down to the dungeon very tired and unmotivated, with a left hamstring that was very tight. Despite this I destroyed my 545 squat single. 675 rack pulls and shrugs were ridiculous. Need more plates.
Time for food. Have a great weekend everyone.
