I have done a lot of reverse pecdeck. There was a time in the not so distant past that my rear delts were really underdeveloped and weak due to neglect and I used this movement to bring them up.
I have recently transitioned to cable face pulls using a rope. This seems very effective.
I stick with the 15 rep range.
Rear delt work is truly something that needs to have an emphasis put on control and form rather than weight being used, IMO.

I am not a powerlifter nor am I a bodybuilder. I just want to be big and strong.
