- Triceps; CGBP, Dips, JM Press,Skull Crushers, some Cable Push Downs.
- Delts; Military Press, Prone DB Raises, Lateral DB Raises.
- Direct Rotator Cuff work.
- And Rows rows rows, DB,BB or Cable.
- And the other back work mentioned.
