So I started Keto this morning. Dont feel too bad at this point yet, but I know that tomorrow and Wednesday are going to suck. I decided to smash some pizza last night to celebrate my dieting (LOL). I now have the screamers from that. I still plan on squatting later today as my back feels mucho better, but still not great.
