There are a million options. I know I will sound like a broken record, but I think Rippetoe lays out a really effective program in Starting Strength.
A
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Power Clean 3x5
B
Squat 3x5
OH Press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Add assistance work as needed and increase the weight by 5lbs every training day (2lb increments can be used later on). It is short (45 min or so) and straight to the point. Oh and be sure to use 2-3 warmup sets prior to the 3 working sets.
