Technically, any oil is good for bulking, because it's calorie dense...but, as stated already, no need to go overboard on it, you still need solid food.
I saw one cyclist, going across the globe making friends as he went, who ran out of food but had a bottle of olive oil left and I have to admit watching him drink it straight made me wanna gag

Don't get me wrong, I like olive oil but drinking it straight, erm, no way!
