just tryin to concentrate on form, these put so much downward pressure on my spine its difficult but i'm slowly buildin up there plus my pinkie toe barely fits in my shoe(man that hurts)
leg extensions
170x6, 200x6, 200x6
leg curls
100x6, 120x6, 140x6
shoulder press
160x8, 170x6
i did these on a machine which was just plain $h@ty i won't use that thing again
bent over rear DB raises
25x10, 30x10, 35x10
BB shrugs
225x6, 275x6, 325x6
this was such a poor workout for me i was highly unmotivated last nite. (heres me at the gym

) i don't know what it was maybe cause i forgot to take my pre-workout shot-o-energy or maybe cause my workout was 2 hours later than normal. i don't know but i was in there yawnin and mopin it was rediculous. i was not proud of the effort. it seemed like the shuffle on my mp3 wouldn't even play the right songs. i'll get it next time!!
