Comments: Overall, not a bad workout... but not my greatest. This will be the last time I go to the Y at 2pm on a Sunday. Typically I go as soon as they open. Felt really good working my skinny chicken legs. Busy days coming up and will be taken a few days to repair. Diet has been heavy on high carbs, protein and low fat. Can't wait till you guys get your hands on our new preworkout product
