LOTS of nice happy b-day messages from friends and family. A great gym session, lovely meal home cooked. And I got my birthday present from my darling wife; a dinner for two at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in London! Well excited! We're both big fans of his shows. And another trip away and some other things, I feel pampered!
