Ended June with a solid effort. 8 paused bench press singles at 385 or above. Eccentrics felt strong, shoulders healthy. Now the key is to keep them feeling this way by adding a little accessory work, but not too much.
Energy was great today too. Tearing it up.
Bench form continues to improve, but far from perfect.
