As Faz mentioned, that's Ken Waller. Also on that row, you have Andreas Cahling (blond hair), Lisa Lyon (sitting to the front), Louie, Mike and Ray Mentzer.
Standing row: Far left I feel I should know, Tom Platz left of centre, Chris Dickerson centre, unknown, then Ron Teufel (RIP).
