its not easy for most people, its easy for some people and at that, at a certain point unless you buy really expensive and illegal "VITAMINS" its hard for everyone to pack on good solid muscle. if your a person who drinks more than one protein shake a day you wouldn't want to drink more than one of the heavy weight gainers a day. they are heavy shakes to carry around. for me they actually supress my appetite so i stay away from them anyways. stick to low calorie multiple times per day thats my thought.
