27/6 Log C&P

Notes: Really tired today. Moved furniture and cleaned my old appartment the whole day before going to the gym. Also feeling really beat up from yesterday (knees, hips, quads). Bad session today but got some good reps in even if I felt very weak. No power, no energy.

Log Clean And Press
Did alot of reps with 50kg and then 80kg to warm up. Then raised the weight to 100kg and did full reps for time. 100 is my 1RM on the log but today it was a no go. Managed to clean it several times but not to press. I think I went for it 15 times before giving up. Damn log... 100kg for max reps in 0:75s is competition standard on comps here, for the advanced. I think i can get 2-4 reps with this on a good day. Then lowered the weight to 80kg (comp standard for amateur) and managed a lousy 5 reps.

Then did some light pressing to get the blood flowing...
