Squats is what I'm putting it down to but it's never been this bad, still giving some problems. Still, dead and squats in an hour or so and will see how it feels.
Thought I'd make some boards yesterday, they work well with just a mini-band around the chest. Will use a 1 or 2 tomorrow with close grips to avoid any shoulder problems.
