God help us all.
It would limit food service establishments in the city from serving drinks bigger than 16 ounces but would allow refills.

So, the point of limiting would be? If a person wants a bigger drink why shouldn't they be given the choice and in similar fashion sell a smaller drink for those that don't want the larger amount of fluid.


Targeting high calorie foods is ridiculous, you can now buy Olive Oil but only by the teaspoonful gotta help you cut those pesky calories
