Thanks everyone, not been around too much, moved home over the weekend and looking for some work right now. Given up on morning training, hasn't felt good recently so experimenting with training times.
@BtB - Ye, the close grips only cause problems at the bottom, cut some boards yesterday so will probably go off a 1 or 2 banded to my chest, whichever feels best.

Called it, just couldn't get into the groove of things. Knees wanted to collapse in and left knee & calf were feeling off.

Decided to push the pulls as the squats sucked and no real work was done. Not too bad, default PB I suppose. Weighed all my plates out and the apparent 200kg only comes to 191.5kg, this really pisses me off. Ordered a load of adhesive wheel weights to even the plates out otherwise it will drive me mad.
Think I'll be benching tomorrow, will do my split over Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri and catch up with any prehab and auxiliary stuff on Sat or Sun.
