Sunday Good Hungover Training
Fun wedding last night. I drank way too much and paid for it today. I was able to kick my hangover with the help of some Karbolyn haha. Here is what I did:
Fat Grip Clean and Press

These all felt good, worked on some technique. Should be able to hit a PR soon with these.
Snatches

That was it, did this workout outside in the heat. It was a rough start, but felt decent once I got going and actually enjoyed it. it was just tough to get motivated to start.
