I sometimes mix Chocolate Whey with a strawberry/banana smoothie, and sometimes have a side of pork/steak/hamburger, and a salad with it.

I have also mixed it with oatmeal, Sugar free oatmeal cookies (my special recipe), and Peanut Butter cookies (my special recipe)
