Wednesday Conditioning
Tough conditioning workout today, really pushed pretty hard and did a lot of sprints.
Sled Sprints
Just tire x 4 x about 25 yards
plus 45 x 4 x 25 yrds
plus 70 x 4 x 25 yrds
plus 45 x 4 x 25 yrds
just tire x 4 x 50 yrds
Legs were a bit more tired than I thought. But pushed through and had some fun. Need to keep variety in my conditioning so that I keep doing it.
