thanks Kuytrider ... we are having same bar for all lifts. But during Squat, I can have more control over bar. That's why I'm having some space in end of collar of bar. During bench, I need to put on locks and they consume some space. Collars of the bars we are using are not big enough. My gym manager has already ordered 3 more bars with big collars. It is supposed to come by July end ... till then I've to work on getting doubles, triples etc.
