Took the boys flyfishing today, so this was a late workout...
Weighted Sit-ups x 12
Squats = 185 lbs x 20
Shrugs = 225 lbs x 12, 12, 12
The squats were easy except for the breathing. I pulled my sweats up so they wouldn't drag on the ground, then cinched my belt up too tight around the top of them, and so I couldn't draw in enough breath between reps. It sucked! But suffered through them.
