210*09*1 set
300*08*1 set

410*01*1 set [PR]
followed by 7 sets of lunges(100 count with 50 lbs db in each hand) and 5 sets of leg curls.
tried 2nd set with 410 after finishing 4rth set w/o any problem and did it with some effort. Overall satisfactory workout.
