Feeling dizzy after lifting
Is it normal for me to feel dizzy after lifting? I never used to but within the past few weeks I often feel dizzy. Could it be that I am pushing myself too much? I have been trying to lift more so I put the blame on that. Is it safe to assume that this is the case or should I see a doc about it? In the past few weeks, I have added about ten pounds the first week to what I was lifting and an additional ten pounds last week.
