Thank you, TM2981, for your kind hearted words. My personal goal has a "life purpose" and is 'serious business" to me. Its not a game.

There is nothing we can do about aging--this is something I can not control. What I can personally control, is "how I age" and "how fast I age" through things "I can control" and this is diet and training. And, through this, I will---will be there for my wife come hell, high water, or meeting with the grim reaper. This dude (the grim reaper), hasn't met my heart of desire, and will perish just in its presence. Trust me on that. I train regularly and work at it hard. I don't self-pity my ass on nothing. My wife has never had self-pity even with all of her medical issues.

I be damned If I let her down.
