My favorite body part, is one that we all can not physically see: The Soul, but have to deal with on a daily basis.
Its simple really. My woman could be the most beautiful person physically in the current universe, be good in bed, but this will not cure the 95% of the relationship that occurs between us outside the bedroom. And, beauty will not play much of a role if the connection in the relationship is sour.
