followed by 5 sets of close grip squats with light wt [100 lbs].
3 sets of Leg extension (12,10,10 reps) to finish the session.
wow ... session was very good as able to squat 400 lbs. Was thinking of doing single rep in last set but 1st rep was not as hard as I think, so tried 2nd one and able to did that w/o any problem.
