Deadlift
Only had a half hour to lift tonight, so I hurried and went hard and fast.
Stiff legged deadlifts

I skipped standard deadlift becuase my lower back is still a little tender from previous deadlift workout and Monday's heavy squats. I'll be able to go hard on overhead press and assistance on Friday/Saturday.
