Changing squats, basically I am going to work up to a heavier single and then drop back for a rep set. Basically I will do a warm up ladder and then do a back off set.

I just finished reading Lift-Run-Bang's e-books and I really like his ideas. Basically you do not move forward in the progression until you beat the last week of your training. I am going to stick with what I am doing for bench and overhead press. My body can handle this kind of intensity on those lifts.

Steve made a great point, heavy squats when fatigued is just not a good idea. The warm up ladder will also allow me to really work on my form too, constantly push for better depth and form.
